In my talks, I bring my personal experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent as well as my professional experience as a Psychologist. Topics include: raising awareness about neurodiverse conditions, reasonable adjustments, becoming a truly inclusive employer, and coaching skills for line managers.

My target audience is University students or recent graduates who are looking for their first job or are considering a career change. I talk about how to navigate your career path and share practical tips of how to look for and apply for jobs.
