Who I am
I’m Penelope, a Business Psychologist and an HR Professional. In 2024, I founded my practice, Horme. I’ve been a coach and a mentor since 2017 when I started my corporate career.
I believe that everyone can develop and achieve their goals as long as they are open to learning and have the right support.
My coaching and mentoring focuses on neurodivergent adults and early to mid-career professionals who want to excel in their careers. I love running workshops on neurodiversity and truly believe in the power of inclusivity in the workplace.
I am a late-diagnosed neurodivergent and have first-hand experience of overcoming barriers without support and going through the diagnostic process.
I’m a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

My Approach
All sessions are tailored to my clients’ needs as there’s no one-size-fits-all. I take a solution-focused approach with a particular focus on strengths.
When working with neurodivergent clients, I draw emotion regulation techniques from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about evidence-based practice which I bring to my services.
I incorporate D&I principles in everything I do and I am a culturally-informed practitioner.
